Are your CPE credits accepted by all accounting boards?

Our webinars are NASBA-approved and accepted by most state boards of accountancy and professional organizations including the AICPA, IIA, and IMA. We recommend checking your specific state board requirements.

How do I access my CPE certificate after completing a cpe webinar webinar?

Certificates are available immediately after completing the webinar and any required assessments. Simply log into your account, navigate to ‘My Courses,’ and download your certificate from the completed webinar page.

What happens if I can't attend a live webinar cpe I registered for?

If you miss a live webinar, you’ll automatically receive access to the recording within 24 hours. You can still earn CPE credits by watching the recording and completing any required assessments within 30 days.

What technical requirements do I need to participate in webinar cpe sessions?

You’ll need a computer or mobile device with internet access, speakers or headphones, and an updated browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge). For the best experience, we recommend a stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download speed.

Can I cancel or reschedule my cpe webinar registration?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the webinar start time at no charge. For cancellations within 24 hours, you’ll receive access to the recording but no refund will be issued.
